Over the past 10 years, Dr. Robert Lagrou, DO, has dedicated himself to improving psychiatric care in Michigan. Dr Lagrou graduated from Michigan State College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2004. He completed his psychiatric training at Henry Ford Health System and child psychiatric training at the University of Michigan. Dr Lagrou is board certified in General Psychiatry, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, and Addiction Medicine. He is an avid educator and teaches students and residents from the University of Michigan, Wayne State, and Pontiac General. Dr Lagrou understands the importance of having high quality psychiatric care available to all patients. In 2024, Dr Lagrou was named Psychiatrist of the Year by NAMI Michigan has been named a Detroit-area Top Doc by Hour Magazine.
