Lisa leads all New Oakland operations in Wayne and Washtenaw Counties with extensive experience in community mental health. She is passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals and families facing a range of emotional and psychological challenges. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Lisa specializes in trauma-informed treatment, crisis intervention, and supporting clients with severe and persistent mental illness. One of her greatest professional passions is working with families—helping them navigate conflict, strengthen communication, and heal together. With a strong background in clinical leadership, she has successfully supervised multidisciplinary teams, led program development initiatives, and mentored early-career clinicians. Her approach blends empathy with structure, fostering resilience and equipping clients with practical coping strategies. She thrives in fast-paced environments and is known for her collaborative style, clinical insight, and commitment to lifelong learning. Whether working with individuals, families, or groups, Lisa always strives to create a safe, supportive space where healing can begin and growth is possible.
