To begin, first locate your New Oakland Account Number or Statement ID. (Both can be found in the upper right corner of your New Oakland invoice.) If you don’t have your Account Number or Statement ID, that’s ok, too. Simply click the link that says “Don’t have a statement?“
A new tab will appear in your browser and you can simply follow the instructions from there.
